  • Make sure that all contract provisions are fulfilled in the required time.
  • Correspond with title company that documents are proper and delivered on time.
  • Fully discuss all financial obligations and expectations for all parties involved.
  • Accompany you to the closing to answer any last minute questions.
  • Follow up with you.
